Criminal Activity

We are asking for help to stop some criminal activity on the Shiloh Road Construction projects. There have been several instances of individuals vandalizing the traffic control devices on these projects. By resetting the traffic control devices these individuals are putting the traveling public at risk by directing the flow of traffic into areas that are not safe for vehicular traffic. They have also reset the traffic control devices and closed roads that are open, directed live traffic into open excavations, prohibited access to local residents, etc.. This is criminal activity and extremely dangerous. If any person has any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) involved, we will pay a $1000 reward. If anyone notices unusual activity with the traffic control devices, which has mostly occurred at night, please call the police or Knife River's office at 651-2500. Also, slow down and respect all construction work zones and signage, the employees doing the work are improving our roads and infrastructure and deserve to go home safely at night.
